Barny Butterfield, the charismatic founder of Sandford Orchards (Cider done Right) joins our speakers line-up on Friday 3rd of May, sharing his work on mapping Devon’s ancient and precious orchards and reviving varieties on the brink of extinction.

As we all know, science, ecology and walking around a festival can be thirsty work so as well as gracing our main speakers marquee, Barny is also running Sandford Orchards cider tasting session from the Food, Drink Devon Pavilion in the Castle Courtyard on the same day.
