Accessibility at Toby’s Garden Festival

We want everyone who comes to our festival to have a wonderful day with us! Please get in touch if you have a need which isn’t catered for in the list below:

Wheelchair and Scooter Hire

Newton Abbot Shopmobility wheelchairs and scooters are available to help you to access and enjoy the Garden Festival – booking recommended on 01626 335775 or shopmo@newtonabbotcta.org. Charges are: £22 for a scooter or £12 for a wheelchair or walker for a full day, with reductions for a part-day, plus VAT (if not exempt). Please collect from the NACTA stand located next to the ticket gate entrance.

Hard of Hearing

A hearing loop is available in the Speakers’ Hall.

Disabled Parking

Disabled parking for blue badge holders is available in the car parking fields closest to the castle. Follow signs once at the venue. Alternatively, you may drop off visitors by the ticket gate entrance then park in the normal way.

Carer tickets

Free carer tickets are available for visitors accompanying paying blue badge holders. Just purchase your ticket in the normal way and bring your blue badge to the ticket gate to claim your free carer ticket.
