Aimee Beamish and her creative team are back, serving delicious seasonal savouries and confections inside the exclusive VIP Music Room and Library of Powderham Castle.
“This year we’re presenting a menu to reflect the best of West Country harvest,” says Aimee. “Seasonality is key to our menu. Soups and salads are created using locally grown West Country ingredients, while meats and cheeses are sourced from local farmers and makers, favouring organic and small footprint growers wherever possible.”
“For the afternoon tea, our scones and cakes are freshly hand-made and complemented with home grown edible flowers, as we love our tables to taste, as well as look, fabulously memorable.”
