A Festival ticket entitles you to one-day’s entry to the Festival. Tickets are sold subject to terms and conditions and are non-transferable and non-refundable. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission provided we act reasonably. Children under 16 are admitted free to the Festival. The VIP experience is over 16’s only. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome and we have a ‘paws on floor’ policy for dogs in the VIP and Tea in the Castle eating areas. Please note that much of both of Festivals is outdoors so just a polite reminder to check the weather forecast and come prepared!

Please note this event is filmed and photographed and your image may be used in our publicity. Smoking is banned in all enclosed spaces at the Festivals. No ambush marketing is allowed and no charitable collections unless you have our express permission. We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of the Festival in the event of extreme weather conditions. Entry to the Festivals is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage including to any person who enters the venue, your personal belongings or any vehicle or its contents in any car parks. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time.
