Pip will be explaining The Basics of Wine & Food Matching. Some wines are “designed” to go with food but how do you know what wine works with which food? Together you’ll taste four different wines with morsels of food to learn, taste, and feel what is happening in the mouth, and why some pairings just work.
Pip has worked in the wine industry for over 21 years and loves nothing more than to share this fascinating subject with others. Having worked in many areas across the industry including writing, education, wine list development, and judging at the International Wine Challenge.
