We are delighted to welcome to the festival Dibleys, the company and Welsh nursery acknowledged to have done more than possibly any other to popularise the plant in the UK. The family company has been growing, selling and propagating new kinds of the subtropical and tropical plants from their glasshouses in Wales for decades.
In 2024, the nursery won their 34th RHS Chelsea Gold Medal making a grand total of 200 RHS Gold Medals. Dibley’s Streptocarpus ‘Harlequin Blue’ was named as Chelsea Plant of the Year in 2010 and the RHS President’s Chelsea Plant of the Decade from 2012 to 2019. It’s a real family business and the Dibley family promises to bring to Toby’s Garden Festival the widest possible selection of this lovely plant for visitors to drool over.

The Dibley stretsocarpis are all beautiful but I suppose Royal Blue must be the best one so far .
