We love food as much as we love plants here at Toby’s Garden Fest and take huge care to curate our street food and local food producer offering. This year many of our favourite foodies return, along with a few new ones, offering everything from sea food, to pizza, local meat, veggie goodies, along with sweet treats, including amazing cakes, brownies, churros, ice cream and award-wining gluten-free flapjacks.
Award winning Devon cheese-makers, Sharpham Dairy, fresh from becoming the UK’s first B Corp cheese company are bringing their pop-up, Sharpham in the Garden, where you can enjoy their amazing soft and semi-hard cheeses, paired with wine from the Sharpham vineyard.
We’ve also expanded our offering to include many of our local gin distilleries and wine makers, with two wine talks and tastings over the two days: Sue Polden from Somerset’s Polden Wines (3.30pm Friday) and Susy Atkins, the Sunday Telegraph’s wine guru with Duncan Schwab of Sharpham Wines and Ben Goulden from Swanaford Vineyard giving a talk and tasting of English wines on Saturday at 3.30pm
