Amelia’s cut flowers take your breath away

When it comes to country garden flowers which take your breath away with their beauty, then visitors to the festival need look no further than returning exhibitor Amelia’s Flower Farm.

The  floral business is named after owner and grower Amelia Cooper- Smith whose two-acre farm at Combeinteignhead near Newton Abbot grows flowers and foliage naturally in tune with nature and the seasons.

Their stall was hugely popular with visitors when she visited Powderham for the first time last year and Amelia admits: “We had a brilliant time” so make a point of looking  for her stall with its wonderfully colourful display of unusual and rare plants and well as some traditional spring favourites.

You can also hear her talking in the Country Gardener marquee.

Buy tickets to Toby’s Garden Festival on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 April at Powderham Castle, Kenton, Devon
