We’re always grateful and delighted whenever our festivals get recognition in the press, so we were thrilled to see ourselves get a mention in Sunday Times Home this weekend as one of the 2019 ‘Gardening Gigs to Book Now’. Writer Caroline Donald pointed out that “soon the days will start to lengthen and we can look forward to a fresh crop of events in 2019. Here’s our pick…”
Other recommended shows included RHS shows, such as Chelsea Flower Show on 21-25 May, Cardiff, Malvern and Tatton Park, plus smaller shows like the Spring Fair at beautiful Forde Abbey on 3rd March and the West Dean Chilli Fiesta in West Sussex on 9-11 August.
It’s not the first time Toby’s Garden Festival has been in the news. Last March The Sunday Telegraph included us in their ’23 Best Garden Shows of 2017′ where writer Bunny Guinness described the festival as, “laid-back with a host of local food producers and artisans.” She also wrote, “The event includes lots of free talks; experts and knowledgeable celebrities are happy to be part of the party atmosphere.”
Since our launch in 2014, we’ve been lucky enough to get coverage in a host of fab gardening and house mags, including Gardens Illustrated, Gardening Which?, Kitchen Garden Magazine, Amateur Gardening, LandScape, Country Living, Country Homes & Interiors, The Daily Express, Devon Life, Somerset Life, Woman’s Weekly, English Garden Magazine, Exeter Living, Exeter Life, Western Morning News, Express & Echo, Herald Express, One Magazine, West Country Life and many, many more! Thanks to everyone who’s come to the festival and given us a plug!
If you haven’t grabbed your bargain early bird ticket yet, there’s still time to save more than 25% on the gate price if you purchase before 31st December. Come and find out what everyone is talking about!
